Houserules
Payment and Invoicing
The nightly rate includes breakfast, bed linen and towels, water and electricity, tourist tax, and final cleaning. When booking a stay, we require a deposit of 40% of the total rental amount. This deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 28 days before the planned arrival date. If preferred, the full amount can also be paid in one transaction. The reservation is only final once the payment has been received.
Cancellation
Cancellations are free of charge up to 28 days before the arrival date. In the event of cancellation, we charge a €75 administration fee. If cancelled between 28 and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged and the remaining balance will be refunded. If cancelled within 14 days before the arrival date, no refund is possible, and the full amount will be charged.
Cancellation Insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. Shortening the stay is considered a partial cancellation, and the rental price is calculated over the originally booked period.
Check-in and Check-out
On the day of arrival, check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. Parking is available on site. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room(s) by 11:00 AM. Alternative times can be discussed if needed.
Changeover Days
In high season (between July 5 and August 31), the changeover days for apartments La Nocciola and Il Fico are on Saturdays. During this period, the minimum stay is 1 week for the two-bedroom apartments and 3 nights for the studio apartment La Noce.
Privacy
La Casa dei Caprioli treats all personal data received with strict confidentiality and never shares it with third parties without consent.
Sustainability
To minimize our ecological footprint, we kindly ask you to use electricity and water responsibly. Please turn off lights and appliances when leaving the apartment. We are not connected to the municipal water supply and consider water our most precious resource. Please also use towels consciously. For stays of a week, we refresh towels once mid-week. Let us know in advance if you'd like a different arrangement.
Breakfast
Our guests can enjoy delicious, fresh breakfast packages, ready from 8:00 AM. You can have breakfast where and when it suits you. Any leftover rolls can be taken back to your apartment for a tasty lunch. If the indicated breakfast times don't work for you, it is possible to arrange an alternative time. If you have any dietary requirements (such as gluten-free, vegetarian, low salt, etc.), please let us know at the time of booking so we can take them into account.
Smoke-Free Environment
La Casa dei Caprioli offers a smoke-free environment, both indoors and outdoors. We kindly ask you to respect this rule.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the premises of La Casa dei Caprioli.
Liability
La Casa dei Caprioli is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of guests’ property. All facilities on the property must be used carefully and as intended.
Pool and Safety
The safety of children must always be ensured by parents or guardians. Use of the swimming pool by children under 12 is only permitted under strict supervision.
Babies
A baby bed and highchair can be provided free of charge, subject to availability.
Tourist Tax
All prices are excluding tourist tax, which must be paid on-site.
