La Noce

La Noce is our smallest apartment with a private terrace — a charming studio for a maximum of two guests. The apartment features a terracotta floor, vaulted ceilings, and traditional window shutters that reflect the authentic character of the house. Located on the ground floor, it offers a beautiful view of the garden, the swimming pool, and the rolling hills in front of our home.

La Nocciola

La Nocciola has two bedrooms and is suitable for 2 to 4 guests. It features a terracotta floor, vaulted ceilings, and is located on the first floor. From this apartment, you can enjoy views of the garden, the swimming pool, and the rolling hills both at the front and back of the farmhouse.

The apartment offers two double beds and a sofa bed. Baby cots can be added upon request. If you would like to use the sofa bed to accommodate additional guests, we charge a supplement of €20 per person per night (including breakfast).

Il Fico

Il Fico is our largest apartment, suitable for 2 to 4 guests. It features not only a terracotta floor but also beautiful tiled floors with authentic patterns, vaulted ceilings, and pietra (stone) walls in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms. Located on the first floor, the apartment offers views of the garden, the swimming pool, the stable, and the rolling hills surrounding the farmhouse. It also has a private balcony, accessible from both the kitchen-living room and one of the bedrooms.

This apartment includes two double beds and a sofa bed. Baby cots can be added upon request. If you wish to use the sofa bed to accommodate additional guests, we charge a supplement of €20 per person per night (including breakfast).
